Terms of business

Scope

Services for businesses only, sold by Mohamed Islem Temassine, French sole trader, trading as Isenji Systems. Every engagement is covered by a written quote, which takes precedence over these terms.

Prices

AI Diagnostic half-day: €400. Group training: from €1,100 per group, never per person; the final price depends on how many roles we cover. Monthly follow-up, custom tools and websites: quoted.

AI Diagnostic half-day guarantee

If the client leaves with fewer than 2 usable use cases, the half-day is not invoiced. A usable use case is a real task of the client’s, done with their assistant during the session, that they can redo on their own the next day.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Payment

Coaching: payable on invoice, no deposit. Training: 50% deposit when the quote is signed, 50% balance at the end of the training. Custom tool: 30% deposit when the quote is signed, 70% balance on delivery, invoiced on the delivery date. Invoiced in EUR.

Late payment interest of at least three times the French legal interest rate and a fixed recovery fee of €40 apply (article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

Cancellation and rescheduling

AI Diagnostic half-day: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session; after that, the half-day is due. Training: free cancellation more than 14 days before the scheduled date; between 14 and 7 days, the 50% deposit is kept; less than 7 days before, the full price is due.

Right of withdrawal

When the quote is signed outside Isenji Systems's premises by a client with 5 employees or fewer, whose main business is not the subject of the service bought (article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code), the client has 14 days from signing the quote to withdraw, with no reason and no cost. Writing to islem@isenji-systems.com is enough. If the client asks in writing for the service to start before the end of that period, the part already delivered is due in case of withdrawal; if the service is fully delivered before the end of the period, the client waives the right of withdrawal.

Tool warranty and maintenance

Bug fixes included for 1 month after delivery. Monthly maintenance is set project by project, in the quote.

Intellectual property

Once the work is paid for, the client owns its tools, accounts and data. Islem Temassine’s materials, methods and generic components remain his property; the client may use them internally.

Liability

Islem Temassine is bound by an obligation of means, not of result. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the service concerned. Indirect damages are excluded.

Governing law

French law. Competent courts: Paris. The French version of these terms prevails.
