I am Islem Temassine, an AI consultant and trainer. I work alone, with leaders of small and mid-sized companies in France and abroad, in English and French. I start from your real tasks and from what your assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) already do. I only build a tool when the volume justifies it.
Common questions
How much does it cost?
The AI Diagnostic half-day: €400, and if you leave with fewer than 2 use cases you can apply, you do not pay. Group training: from €1,100 per group. The monthly follow-up, custom tools and websites are quoted. The quote is written before any work starts, with the scope, the deliverables and what is not included.
How does the first call work?
30 minutes, complimentary, by video. You describe your task, I tell you plainly whether AI can help and how. Slots are shown in your own time zone, at least 24 hours ahead.
Do I need to use AI already?
No. You only need access to an assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, or be ready to pick one. We start from your weekly tasks (writing, summarising, preparing, sorting) and from what your assistant already does, not from the tool.
What happens to my data?
It depends on your assistant’s plan and settings. The first session starts there: what you can give it, what stays out, what to switch on. Until that is checked, sensitive documents stay out of the assistants.
What if I do not need a custom tool?
That is the most common verdict. Off-the-shelf assistants already do a lot on their own, so you stay with coaching or team training.
If I have a tool built, who owns it?
You do, once the work is paid for: the tool, the accounts and the data. Bug fixes are included for 1 month after delivery, and monthly maintenance is set in the quote.
How does payment work?
Coaching: on invoice, no deposit. Training: 50% when the quote is signed, 50% at the end of the training. Custom tool: 30% when the quote is signed, 70% on delivery.
Remote or on site?
Both. For on site, we agree on the place and the travel costs before the quote.
Do you work with companies outside France?
Yes, in English and in French. Invoiced in EUR. I reply within 24 working hours, Europe/Paris time.
What is the difference between coaching and training?
Coaching is you and your use cases, taken one by one with your tools. Training is for your team: a shared foundation, then the use cases of each role. The recommended order: coaching first.
