Example: 1,000 orders a day at 2 minutes each is about 700 hours a month. It is a telling example, not a threshold.
Why these thresholds?
- Hours per month = repetitions per month × minutes per repetition ÷ 60 × people. A month counts 21 working days or 4.33 weeks.
- Indicative value = hours per month × loaded hourly cost (€35 by default, editable). It is what that time costs today, not what you will save.
- Under 5 hours a month, your assistant is enough. Between 5 and 40 hours, or under 50 repetitions a month, coaching or training will save you time. From 40 hours and 50 repetitions a month, on a task with steady steps, a tool is worth discussing.
- A task full of exceptions, or one everybody does their own way, points to coaching. Business software with no standard connector, or a need to trace each operation, points towards a tool. Sensitive data calls for a security and compliance review before any pricing.

This calculation rests on your assumptions. No study measures precisely what a half-day of training gains a small business. If the result says “not worth it”, it probably is not.
