How it runs
Before
You prepare your use cases. The questionnaire below helps you list them.
Case 1
We look at what you want to achieve and what your assistant already does, then we do it for real with your tools.
Case 2
Same method on the next case. We keep what works and note what gets in the way.
Case 3 and beyond
No limit on the number of cases: we keep going as long as the half-day allows.

Format
By video call or on site. For on site, we agree on the place and the terms during the call.
Price
€400 per half-day.
Payment
On invoice, no deposit.
Guarantee
If you leave with fewer than 2 use cases you can apply, you do not pay. A usable use case is a task from your real work, done with your assistant during the session, that you can redo on your own the next day.
Launch price
The first half-days are offered at a launch price, in exchange for feedback on the experience.
Next: the monthly follow-up
One check-in a month, answers to your current questions, and your uses updated when the tools change. Price on request.

How long is a session?
A half-day, by video or on site.
How many cases can we cover?
There is no limit. We go case by case for as long as the half-day allows.
Do my documents stay confidential?
We decide together what we use during the session. Sensitive documents stay out of the assistants until the settings are checked.
I am not based in France. Is that a problem?
No. Sessions run by video, in English or French, invoiced in EUR.
How much does it cost?
€400 per half-day. If you leave with fewer than 2 use cases you can apply, you do not pay. Payable on invoice, no deposit.
What should I prepare?
Your use cases. The questionnaire on this page helps you list them: your role, what you want to achieve, how often, how long it takes, the tools you already use. If you have no cases yet, write “I don’t know”: we will look for them together.
Do I need to use AI already?
No. You only need access to an assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, or be ready to pick one.
Remote or on site?
Both. For on site, we agree on the place and the travel costs before the quote.
What happens after the half-day?
If you want to keep going, the monthly follow-up takes over. Otherwise, team training, or a custom tool if the volume justifies it.
