We take your cases one by one, with your tools, until each gives a concrete result.
What comes next
You leave with use cases you can apply. Then team training, a monthly follow-up, or a custom tool if the volume justifies it.
What I commit to, in writing
- I will tell you plainly if AI is not the right answer to your problem.
- I only build a tool when the volume justifies it.
- Price and scope are written down before we start.
- You keep ownership of your tools, your accounts and your data once the work is paid for.
- I train you so you do not need me for everyday use.
How I price
The AI Diagnostic half-day: €400, and you do not pay if you leave with fewer than 2 use cases you can apply. Training: from €1,100 per group. Everything else is quoted in writing before we start: scope, deliverables, and what is not included. Invoiced in EUR.
How I say no
I say no in two cases. When a task comes up too rarely to justify a tool, we stay with coaching or training. When AI is not the right answer to your problem, I tell you on the 30-minute call.
